By commissioning me, you agree to these terms and conditions

The process

• After your commission idea has been approved, I will start working on a rough sketch. At this point, major changes are still possible without an additional fee. After the sketch has been approved, I will send you a PayPal invoice.• Once the artwork is finished, I will send you a high quality .PNG, size being usually 1500-3000px wide depending if it's horizontal or vertical. If you need the artwork as a bigger file, let me know before hand.• Full payment must be delivered before I send you the finished artwork. For now I only use PayPal invoice. Payment plans can be discussed.• If you want me to deliver progress pictures beyond the initial sketch, that needs to be discussed before hand and might cost extra, depending on the amount of updates wanted.

Artist's rights

• Be mindful that I sometimes work pretty slow, since this is not my full-time job and I take off days. The usual time estimate for a colored & shaded piece is 2 weeks after payment, but that time can vary.• I retain all rights to commissioned art to be showcased on my socials & portfolio. If you don't want the work to be made public, we can discuss that before hand.

Usage rights

• You're free to use the art in any way except commercially, commercial works are to be discussed separately.• You can showcase the art online as long as you won't claim it as your own and give proper credit. Providing a link to this page is not necessary but highly appreciated.• Use of commissioned art in any way in AI and/or blockchain technology is prohibited.
